1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, certificates, and any other items that came with the product.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Refunds

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part).
